Banana Milk Shake

Ingredients:

Ripe Banana - 1 (peeled and sliced )
Ice cubes - 5
Cold milk - 2 cups
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Method:

  • In a blender, combine the bananas, ice cubes, milk and sugar.
  • Cover, and blend for 2 minutes, or until ice is finely crushed.

Serve immediately.
